I’m Tomas, founder of RE/MAX Seven.
My background is in international business across Europe. Real estate became part of that naturally — but more importantly, I’ve gone through the process myself.
Living in Prague with my family, we went through renting, buying, selling and managing properties step by step.
So I don’t look at this as just another transaction.
I’ve seen how things can go wrong — wrong expectations, unclear processes, risks people don’t fully see at the beginning.
Especially for expats, this happens more often than it should.
That’s why I keep things simple: clear communication, realistic view of the situation, and no pressure to rush decisions.
