REMAX Seven – Terms of the CZK 20,000 Referral Reward

Effective from: 14 September 2026 These Terms govern the REMAX Seven offer of a CZK 20,000 reward, offered by 7 CATALYST REALTY s.r.o., for the referral of a property.

1. Organizer

The organizer of the referral reward offer is: 7 CATALYST REALTY s.r.o. Company ID No.: 23839635 Registered office: Na Folimance 2155/15, Vinohrady, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic Registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File No. 433776 Operator of the REMAX Seven real estate agency E-mail: seven@remax-czech.cz The company is hereinafter referred to as “REMAX Seven” or the “Organizer”.

2. Purpose of the Offer

REMAX Seven offers an eligible person a reward of CZK 20,000 for referring a property owner or an opportunity to sell a property, where such referral results in REMAX Seven obtaining the property for its sales portfolio and the sale being successfully completed in accordance with these Terms. The reward does not arise merely from providing a name or contact detail, submitting a form via the Meta platform, or merely providing a property lead, but only upon the simultaneous fulfilment of the additional conditions set out below.

3. Offer Validity Period

The offer applies to Valid Referrals registered by REMAX Seven from the commencement of the offer through 30 November 2026 inclusive, unless the offer is amended or terminated earlier in accordance with Article 15. A property referred and duly registered during the Offer Validity Period may qualify for the reward even if the subsequent sale is completed after 30 November 2026.

4. Eligible Persons

The offer is intended for natural persons over 18 years of age. The referral reward is not payable to the owner of the referred property for referring their own property, nor to employees, real estate agents, or other persons working for REMAX Seven or on its behalf. Persons providing referrals as part of their business or other professional activities may be subject to different requirements concerning payment, invoicing, and tax obligations.

5. What Constitutes a Referral

A Referral means the provision to REMAX Seven of information identifying a genuine opportunity to sell a property of which REMAX Seven was not previously aware within the meaning of Article 8 and in relation to which the property owner is not already bound by an existing real estate brokerage agreement with another real estate agent or real estate agency concerning the sale of that property. To register a Referral, the referring person must provide:

1. their full name and telephone number; and
2. sufficient information enabling the property to be clearly identified, generally its address, Land Registry details, or a publicly available link (URL) to the property listing.

REMAX Seven may request reasonable supplementary information where necessary to identify the property, verify the Referral, or confirm that the sale of the property is no longer subject to an existing real estate brokerage agreement. The mere submission of the referring person’s details through a Meta/Facebook/Instagram form does not constitute a registered Referral.

6. Registration of a Referral

A Referral becomes a Valid Registered Referral only if:

1. REMAX Seven has received the information required under Article 5;
2. based on the information reasonably available to REMAX Seven at the time of registration, the Referral does not fall within any of the exclusions set out in these Terms; and
3. REMAX Seven confirms the Referral to the referring person in writing, including via WhatsApp, SMS, or e-mail, as follows: “Your referral has been registered.”

REMAX Seven will record the Referral and the date and time of its registration in its internal CRM system. Until this confirmation has been sent, the Referral is not registered and no priority arises in relation to the property concerned. REMAX Seven will process complete Referrals in chronological order and will not intentionally delay registration for the purpose of changing the order of priority among referring persons. If information subsequently emerges demonstrating that the Referral did not satisfy these Terms at the time of registration, registration itself does not establish entitlement to the reward.

7. First Valid Registered Referral

Entitlement to the reward may arise only in respect of the first Valid Registered Referral concerning a particular property. Priority is determined by the date and time of registration recorded by REMAX Seven after receipt of the information required under Article 5 and completion of registration under Article 6. A person who provides incomplete information does not acquire priority merely because they contacted REMAX Seven earlier than another person. If another person subsequently provides the information necessary to identify the property and their Referral is the first to be validly registered, that Referral has priority.

8. Duplicate and Pre-existing Referrals

The reward will not be paid if REMAX Seven can reasonably demonstrate that, before the Referral was submitted:

1. the same property had already been validly referred by another person;
2. the property owner had already contacted REMAX Seven regarding a possible sale;
3. REMAX Seven or any of its agents had already demonstrably communicated with the owner regarding a possible sale;
4. the property or the opportunity to sell it had already been recorded in REMAX Seven’s internal records as an active or potential business opportunity;
5. REMAX Seven already held an existing mandate in relation to the property to broker its sale; or
6. the property owner had already entered into a real estate brokerage agreement with another real estate agent or real estate agency concerning the sale of that property.

In assessing whether a Referral is duplicate, pre-existing, or otherwise ineligible under this Article, REMAX Seven will rely on the records and information available to it.

9. Multiple Properties Owned by the Same Owner or, as Applicable, by Multiple Owners (Co-owners)

“Entitlement to a referral reward arises only once for one integrated business transaction. A single business transaction means the transfer of title to properties, regardless of the number of properties transferred and regardless of the number of their co-owners (owners), if:

• the properties are registered on the same title deed (LV), OR
• from the perspective of their functional, economic, or spatial purpose, they form one functional unit (e.g. a principal building and the land used with it, a group of plots forming one site, etc.), OR
• they are transferred under one joint purchase agreement (or another implementation agreement), or under several agreements concluded within a related period not exceeding [e.g. 3] months.

The division of title to the properties among multiple co-owners (whether co-ownership by ideal shares or real division) has no effect on the number of business transactions. If a property or group of properties is co-owned by several persons, their joint sale (transfer of all co-ownership interests) is considered one single business transaction and entitlement arises to only one reward. In such a case, entitlement arises to only one reward, as if only one property from one owner had been referred.”

10. Conditions for Obtaining the Reward

The referring person becomes entitled to the reward of CZK 20,000 only if:

1. the Referral is a Valid Registered Referral;
2. as a result of that Referral, REMAX Seven enters into a contractual real estate brokerage relationship with the property owner for the sale of the referred property;
3. the conditions for a Successful Sale under Article 11 are satisfied; and
4. the Referral is not connected with fraud, the provision of false information, unlawful disclosure of information, or any other conduct prohibited by these Terms.

The referring person is not required to negotiate with the owner, provide real estate brokerage services, or participate in the subsequent transaction.

11. Successful Sale

For the purposes of this offer, a Successful Sale occurs only if all of the following conditions have been satisfied:

1. title to the referred property has been registered in the Land Registry in favor of the buyer;
2. the purchase price has been paid or released to the seller in accordance with the transaction documentation; and
3. 7 CATALYST REALTY s.r.o. has received the real estate brokerage commission payable in connection with the sale.

The mere conclusion of a real estate brokerage agreement, reservation agreement, or purchase agreement does not constitute a Successful Sale. If the transaction is cancelled, terminated, rescinded, or otherwise not completed before all of the above conditions have been satisfied, no entitlement to the referral reward arises.

12. Reward and Payment

The reward for each Successful Sale satisfying these Terms is CZK 20,000. Only one reward is paid for each referred property unless REMAX Seven expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Following a Successful Sale, REMAX Seven will contact the eligible referring person for the purpose of entering into an Agreement Confirming the Referral and Recognition of Entitlement to the Reward and obtaining the information necessary for payment and accounting purposes. Payment of the reward is conditional upon the conclusion of this agreement between REMAX Seven and the eligible referring person. The reward will be paid by bank transfer to the bank account of the eligible referring person within 30 days after this agreement has been signed by both parties.

13. Taxes

The referral reward is set at a fixed amount of [insert amount, e.g. 20,000] CZK. This amount of CZK 20,000 is agreed as the final gross amount (brutto). REMAX Seven does not withhold or remit from this reward any taxes, tax advances, social security contributions, or health insurance contributions. The recipient of the reward acknowledges and agrees that the reward paid is subject to the recipient’s own taxation. The recipient is required, independently and at their own responsibility, to declare this reward for income tax purposes and duly tax it in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic.

14. Personal Data and Information About Property Owners

Referring persons should provide only information reasonably necessary to identify the property and register the Referral. Please do not provide sensitive data, confidential information, or unnecessary personal data concerning the property owner or any other person. In particular, please do not provide the property owner’s private telephone number, e-mail address, or other non-public contact details if the owner is unaware of the Referral and has not consented to those details being provided to REMAX Seven. Where possible, we recommend introducing REMAX Seven directly to the property owner or asking the owner to contact REMAX Seven and identify the person who referred them. Personal data of referring and referred persons will be processed in accordance with the applicable personal data protection laws and REMAX Seven’s information on personal data processing. If REMAX Seven receives the property owner’s personal data indirectly, it will provide that person with the relevant information on personal data processing to the extent required by law.

15. Amendment or Termination of the Offer

REMAX Seven may amend, extend, or terminate this offer at any time in relation to future Referrals by updating these Terms on its website. Any amendment or termination of the offer will apply only from the date on which the updated Terms are published and will not affect a Valid Registered Referral confirmed before that date. A Valid Registered Referral confirmed before the amendment or termination of the offer will continue to be governed by the Terms effective at the time of its registration. REMAX Seven may also make changes necessary to ensure compliance with applicable law without thereby disproportionately affecting Referral cases already registered.

16. Invalid or Fraudulent Referrals

The reward will not be paid for a Referral involving the knowing provision of false information, impersonation of another person, manipulation of Referral priority, unlawful acquisition or disclosure of information, collusive conduct intended to artificially create an entitlement, or other fraudulent or abusive conduct. REMAX Seven may request reasonable information necessary to verify the eligibility and validity of a Referral.

17. Governing Law

This offer and these Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular the relevant provisions of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
